We reached out to Elizabeth just before the May long weekend because we were thinking about selling our townhouse. She came by on the Sunday of the long weekend and arrived on time (which already impressed us!), and we had a really great chat — zero pressure to list, just honest advice and a good conversation. We recently had the pleasure of working with Rory to purchase our dream home in Medicine Hat after moving from Vancouver Island. We only had a few days to purchase a home as it was a quick sale and purchase. Roxy found the perfect homes for us to look at and had us buying on the first day of looking. We love our new home and really enjoyed working with Roxy. Not only did she help us but she also helped us find a home for our brother as well. She sure made our purchasing of a home a wonderful experience.

I never write these things, but we have waited almost 4 months for any kind of acknowledgment or apology from this team and when we finally realized we would not hear anything my wife wrote a review. Finally we heard back. But not in a professional manner at all. My wife offered to amend her review if any one of our issues would be addressed. Instead this so called professional replied basically that my wife is stupid. We hired professionals to come in and check the appliances in question, the fireplaces, and it was confirmed the fireplaces truly did not work (worked during inspection) and the stove had in fact had a fire and would not work as the wires were completely burned. If you trust this organization with one of your largest sales or purchases, please beware. The ethics are questionable, the empathy is non excitant. And honestly the lack of professionalism is grotesque. The reply we got, instead of a simple apology for leaving us with their clients dirty diapers and laundry list of other items, was "Not my problem if she doesn't know how to run things or care to ask nicely for instructions. I'm seriously furious about this and I think she is an awful person" All I can say is my wife is not an awful person, she would have been willing to accept an apology, we just wanted acknowledgment of the wrong doing, instead we get called names. For your own sake, move on, move away and find an honest, empathetic professional to help you with the sale or purchase of your new home.

We purchased what we thought was our dream home Candice Rutley was the sellers agent. I would not trust this women with anything. We took possession the house was awful, filthy, the stove didn't work and was a fire hazard, the washer was moldy, the fireplaces don't work, the fridge had disgusting molded food. When we sold our realtor did a walk through to ensure we were passing along the house we listed. Very poor experience and I strongly recommend you never purchase from this group. We could have lost everything in the fire hazard with the stove, let alone the rest. Not someone I would trust with your biggest investment.
